Neil and I dubbed this the "monster". It was the track we kept coming back to through-out the recording period, constantly tying it's laces back together. It sets the whole ramshackle pace. You can see that we are both credited for organ because we kept completing each other's musical and production ideas. It always takes two to bring a monster to life.
My guitar lead in the middle finally came together when I decided to pan the leads hard left and right (Listen with stereo headphones!) and create the musical conversation twixt them.
Caroline did an amazing job on the drums keeping the forward momentum while at the same time giving it the herky-jerky stumble.
Final cymbal roll was me, couldn't resist after the angels sang.
